Why no hourly billing?

Hourly billing rewards slow work. Every engagement is scoped by deliverables, so the faster the work gets done, the more both sides benefit. You know what you're getting and what it costs before anything starts.

What does month to month actually mean?

No long-term contract and no minimum term. Give notice and the retainer ends at the close of the month, with everything we've built documented and running in your accounts.

Who actually does the work?

The Alloy12 team. An alloy is never one metal — it's a deliberate blend, and there's no filler in it. A senior partner owns your engagement from kickoff through support and answers for everything that ships. Anyone else on the work is there because the build calls for them, not to fill a seat.

Can we move between tiers?

Yes. Scope up when there's a backlog, scope down when things are steady — tier changes take effect the following month.

What if we already have an internal team?

Then we slot in beside it. Most retainers cover the senior systems work an internal team doesn't have time for: architecture, integrations, automation, and the platform depth that's expensive to hire for.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Alloy12 is bilingual English and Spanish, and serves clients across the US and Latin America — including Spanish-language stakeholders, documentation, and campaigns.

How do the KPIs work?

In week two we agree on the numbers the work should move — hours saved, error rates, launch times, revenue touched. The monthly report measures what shipped against those numbers, so the scoreboard is yours, not ours.
